What are your office hours?
The office is open Mon - Sat : 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. It stays closed on Sundays and on state government holidays. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
Where exactly are the two branches?
The main branch is at Opposite of SDM Office, Office Lane, Agartala. The Bishalgarh branch is at Near Maya Bakery, Opposite of SBI, Office Tilla, Bishalghar. Both handle admissions, materials and mock test enquiries in person.
How fast do you reply on WhatsApp?

What should I bring when visiting to enroll?
Bring a photo ID, one passport-size photograph, and your academic marksheets for the qualifying examination. If you are enrolling for a batch rather than buying materials, we complete the form and issue your enrollment ID on the spot.
Can I pay the fee at the office?
Yes. Cash is accepted at both branches, and UPI is accepted over the phone. After enrolling you get an enrollment ID, which you quote when paying so the receipt is matched to your record.
